The Airex Industries line of cartridge type dust collectors offer
extremely efficient economical systems due to the continuous venturi
assisted reverse pulse jet dust collector cleaning system. The system
allows on line cleaning, without significant loading thus maintaining
constant internal static pressure levels.
The Airex industries line of rotary air locks are design to control the
flow of discharge material from a jet dust collector or other type of
process by maintaining an air seal. A motor driven paddle wheel rotates
material from the top of the housing to the bottom. These units come
complete with a TEFC motor (575/480/240V), all gears, covers, flaps,
chain, gear box, support, and protective guard. Standard size are 6",
10", 15" & 20". Capacities range from 20 to 104 cubic feet per minute.
Comparing numerous air pollution control equipment, the dry fabric filter is by far the most efficient and reliable. Contrary to other filtering methods, variations in dust loading or air volume will not change the outlet conditions of a well-designed dry fabric collector. The pulse jet dust collector outperforms conventional dry fabric filter units
since it allows the use of highly efficient felt filter fabrics.
